It works okay overall, but it can be slow at times, which gets frustrating. I also felt a bit talked down to when I reached out about it, like my issue wasn’t being taken seriously. It’s not terrible, but the whole experience could definitely be smoother.

I ordered from vyl-01.com the Packaging was better than I expected. The box showed up clean with no dents or anything, and everything inside was wrapped up really Safe. Nothing was damaged at all, so yeah, I’m Happy with it.

But they got back to me way faster than I expected and explained everything in a really simple way. It didn’t feel like they were rushing me or making me feel silly for asking, which I appreciated. They got the issue sorted and even checked in afterward to make sure everything was okay. That’s solid after-sales service, right? I’m happy with it and would give them 5 stars

Support did eventually answer, but it took longer than it should have, and I had to explain the same issue twice, which just made me more irritated. They fixed part of it, but now I’m stuck feeling like I have to watch every bill closely because I don’t really trust their billing anymore.

The subscription itself was okay, but the cancellation process took longer than it really needed to. I feel like if signing up is quick and easy, canceling should be just as straightforward. Nothing terrible, just a bit more confusing than expected.

Got it sorted in the end, so I’m happy overall. I had a small issue and reached out to the warranty team, and they got back to me in about 2 days. They handled it without much hassle, though it would’ve been even better if the response was a bit quicker.
